4. If you are using access codes, make sure they are available to your team.


5. Use the "Invite Candidate" feature. (See D-Brief 1 for details.)


6. Follow the direction of the screener. If it says redirect — redirect.


7. Print a sample POP Screen from your Profile Administration Center so you and your team can
   understand what each page is telling you.


8. Use the information from the last page of the POP Screen in your first interview.
   There are some good questions listed to support the findings of the POP Screen.


9. If your candidate passes, move them on in your process, which might mean
   administering the POP IV or proceeding with your behavior interview.
