Tips for Online Screening & Profiling


 
Using the "Invite Candidates" Link

The "Invite Candidates" link — found in the Profile Administration Center of your online profiling system — is a quick way to invite candidates to take an assessment.

Here's what to do...

  1. Go to your Web site address or www.self-management.com.
  2. Find the Profile Administration Center and open it.
  3. Type in your username and password.
  4. Under profiles, click the "Invite Candidates" link.
  5. Enter your candidate's name, e-mail address, and profile type.
  6. The link will provide the candidate with instructions and an access code.
  7. You can access your "Pending" list any time under the "Invite
    Candidates" instructions.
  8. Once a candidate takes a profile, check for the results under "View a Profile."
 
The advantages to you are:
  • It's a great way to invite candidates from all of your recruiting sources to be screened.
  • You don't need an access code. (The system will take care of this for you.)
  • There's a "Pending" report to track all e-mail you send to help you determine
    who has yet to take the assessment.
